Your purchase protection

A straightforward 21-day refund policy.

You may request a full refund within 21 days if you have not yet used what you purchased. We explain what counts as use, how to submit a request, and what happens next.

What you need to know

Know where you stand before you buy.

These terms are shown before checkout so you can make an informed decision.

01

Your 21-day window

You may request a refund within 21 calendar days of payment if you have not yet used the paid feature, report, package, or service you purchased.

02

What you receive

When your purchase qualifies, we refund the full amount charged for that transaction. If you purchased an upgrade, we refund the amount paid for the upgrade.

03

Getting started does not count as use

You can create your account, complete intake questions, upload evidence, and review introductory information without affecting refund eligibility.

04

Foundation analysis purchases

Your purchase is considered used only after you choose to start the paid Foundation analysis and the analysis finishes successfully. An analysis that fails to complete does not count as use.

05

Reports, packages, and services

A purchase is considered used after a paid report or claim package is successfully created, exported, or downloaded, or after you request a staffed service or independent-provider service.

06

How to request a refund

Open Settings and choose Purchases & Refunds, or open Purchase Details. Select the purchase, tell us what happened, and submit your request online.

07

Independent-provider purchases

A service purchased separately from an independent provider follows the cancellation and refund terms shown on that provider order.

08

Your account after a refund

Your account returns to the plan and features you had before the refunded purchase. Your information remains protected by our Privacy Notice and your account controls.

09

When your money will arrive

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider determines how quickly the refund appears.

10

Open payment disputes

If you have already opened a chargeback or payment dispute, the refund will be handled through that process so the same payment is not returned twice.

11

If your purchase does not qualify automatically

You can still ask us to review duplicate or unauthorized charges, a product that was not delivered, a technical failure, or another exceptional circumstance. These requests are reviewed individually.

12

Your legal rights

This policy does not reduce any consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

01Choose your purchase

Open Purchases & Refunds in Settings and select the purchase you want us to review.

02Send your request

Share the reason for your request. We will confirm whether it qualifies under the policy.

03Receive your update

If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method and we confirm the outcome.
